Shipping & Export Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This Shipping & Export Policy explains how Agriculture89 Anon Limited, registered in Thailand, prepares, packs, and ships bulk agricultural products to international buyers. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
Order Process
Orders begin with an enquiry. Once we receive your product, volume, and destination, we issue a written quotation. On your confirmation and agreed payment terms, we issue an order confirmation and begin preparing your shipment.
Incoterms
We typically quote on FOB and CIF terms (Incoterms 2020):
- FOB (Free On Board): we deliver the goods, cleared for export, on board the vessel at the named Thai port; the buyer arranges and pays for onward freight and insurance.
- CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight): we arrange and pay for carriage and insurance to the named destination port.
Other Incoterms may be available by agreement.
Packaging
Products are packed for bulk export and long-haul freight — including PET bottles, jerry cans, 190kg drums, and flexitanks for oils, and moisture-resistant sacks, bags, and bulk packaging for dry goods. Custom packaging and labelling can be arranged to your specification.
Lead Times
Lead time is typically around 2–4 weeks after order confirmation and is confirmed for each order depending on the product, volume, and packaging required. Estimated dates are given in good faith and are not guaranteed.
Export Documentation
We provide standard export documentation for each shipment, which may include the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and certificate of origin, and, where applicable, phytosanitary and quality/analysis certificates. Additional documents required by your country can be arranged by agreement.
Customs, Duties and Import Compliance
Unless agreed otherwise, the buyer is responsible for import clearance, duties, taxes, and compliance with the import and food-safety regulations of the destination country.
Inspection
Buyers are welcome to arrange pre-shipment inspection themselves or through an independent inspection agency. Inspection arrangements should be agreed before shipment.
Claims and Discrepancies
Any claim regarding quantity, quality, or documentation should be notified to us in writing promptly on arrival, and within the period stated in the contract, with supporting evidence, so that it can be investigated and resolved fairly.
Force Majeure
Shipment may be delayed or prevented by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, crop failures, port congestion, vessel availability, and changes in export or import rules. We will keep you informed and work to minimise any impact.
